Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CallPosts (callposts.com), an online software tool for local service marketers. It builds service-and-city websites, audits web pages for SEO, and writes marketing drafts, images and reply templates. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use the AI tools. Keep your login safe and give us a real email address, since that's how we match payments and send account emails. One person or team per account.

Credits and plans

• CallPosts runs on credits. A landing page or site page costs 3 credits (6 with an AI photo), a blog post 2 credits, a full SEO audit 1 credit, a Google rank check 1 credit, an Opportunity Finder scan 2 credits, a marketing draft 1 credit, an AI image 3 more, and AI market picks 1 credit. Quick SEO checks, domain search and reply packs use no credits. The app shows the charge before each generation.
• New accounts start with 15 credits. Subscription plans add credits each month; credit packs add credits once.
• Unused credits roll over and don't expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned automatically.

Billing

Card payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. You can also pay by bank transfer or Payoneer; credits are added once the payment is confirmed. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep the credits you already have. See our refund policy.

How you use it

You're responsible for what you publish. Before publishing a page or posting a draft, check it against the rules of the site or platform you use and of any network or buyer you work with. CallPosts includes checks to help, but it doesn't guarantee approval, search rankings, calls or income.

Don't use CallPosts to create misleading, unlawful or infringing content, to impersonate a real business, or to attack, overload or resell the service.

Independence

CallPosts is an independent tool. It isn't operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or any pay-per-call network. Facebook Marketplace is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Content

You own the listings, images and pages you create with CallPosts and can use them however you like. AI output can contain mistakes, so review it before posting.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CallPosts running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, credit costs or these terms; if a change affects what you've paid for, we'll tell you by email first. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

CallPosts is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
