This policy explains what CallPosts collects when you use callposts.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• What you enter: services, cities, phone numbers and notes you type in to create listings and landing pages, plus your saved listing history.
• Usage: your credit balance and a log of credit use, and basic request logs (such as IP address and browser) kept by our hosting provider for security.
• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record; we receive your email, plan and order status, never your card details. If you pay by bank transfer or Payoneer, we keep the payment reference you send us so we can match your payment.

How we use it

To run your account, generate your content, track credits, process payments, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Netlify, for hosting, login and storage.
• AI providers (Anthropic and Google), to generate text and images from what you enter.
• Our payment provider, for card payments and sales tax.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

Landing pages

Landing pages you publish are public at their link and may be indexed by search engines. Delete a page in the app to take it down.

Cookies

We use a login cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage for settings such as theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your account data, listings and pages, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
